Homemade Almond Milk 🍶
Creamy #homemade #almond #milk is not only easy to make but also healthier than store-bought, with no added gums, additives or preservatives. Strained or left over Almond pulp can be used to make snacks, cookies, granola and added to cereal or even curries.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Customize your almond milk with your preferred flavour (s).
* Step 2
Soak almonds in a water for at least 8 hours or best overnight.
* Step 3
Rinse soaked almonds thoroughly under running water. Next, place small amount in a blender and Blend on high until creamy. Blend in small batches if you use a small blender like mine; 1/2 C of almonds with 2 cups of water or 1 cup of almonds with 4 cups of water. Next strain using a nut milk bag or cheese cloth. If you dont have any, use a very fine strainer. Store in a clean bottle with lid and refrigerate up to 4 days.
