Ingredient
2 ounces
cream cheese, at room temoerature
1 tablespoon
sour cram
2 tablespoons
granulated sugar
Pinch
salt
1/2 teaspoon
vanilla extract
as needed
oreo cookie crumbs
as needed
whipped cream
as needed
fresh fruit
as needed
mint chcolate Andes candies
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spray a 10 ounce microwave safe ramekin with nob stick spray
* Step 2
In a bowl beat all ingredients except crumbs until smooth
* Step 3
Por into prepated ramekim and microwave on high 45 seconds, check it, it should be pulling away from the sides of the ramekin and appear almost set. Cook at 10 second intervals if it is not don, but dont overcook it should be not quite set in the center
* Step 4
Cool to room temperature than cover and refrigerate until cold at least 2 hours
* Step 5
Run a thin knife around edge of ramekin and invert onto plate
* Step 6
Sprinkle top with oreo crumbs, whipped cream and fresh berries
