Campurkan semua bahan (terigu di akhir), aduk hingga rata.

Tuang air sedikit demi sedikit kedalam terigu, aduk hingga larut.

Potong pisang menjadi 2 bagian, dan ukuran bisa disesuaikan dengan selera.
* Step 4
Masukan pisang kedalam adonan terigu, aduk hingga pisang tetutup adonan.
Panaskan wajan & minyak, goreng pisang menggunakan api sedang agar tidak hangus.
