Vegan Cauliflower Curry in a Hurry
Today I raided the #SeasonSupply veg box in our Cookpad Kitchen and decided to make a super quick vegan curry for myself and some colleagues at work.

Ingredient
Food ration :
3 large
Cooking time :
30 minutes including prep
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil and fry off the onion and garlic til soft.
* Step 2
Add all the dry spices and cook for a few more minutes.
* Step 3
Add the vegetables, passata and boullion.
* Step 4
Bring to the boil and simmer for a further 20 minutes.
* Step 5
While this is cooking make a large pan of fluffy Basmati rice.
