Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the milk in a pan and add the semolina, stirring continously,salt to taste. When the semolina thickens, and it's hard to stir, take it off the heat and knead in the butter and the Sechuan Sauce. When it's sligly colder, knead in the egg yolks.
* Step 2
Shape it to your liking and arrange it in a heat proof dish. Add cold cut turkey slices in between and garnish with cheese. Put it in the oven for 200-250 degrees until top is golden
