Spinach Corn Soup

Indonesia spinach corn soup style. Chinese too (probably). We usually serve it with rice

Ingredient

1 pack (10 oz)

fresh spinach

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean the spinach, cut into 1 inch long pieces. Or use spinach salad leaves.

* Step 2

Peel the corn

* Step 3

Boil water add chopped onions, salt, buillon bowder and peeled corn. taste test, if you still need salt you can add it, then stir and add spinach

* Step 4

Serve it. Best serve warm
