Warm Goat cheese and Tomato Dip

Sooooooooooooooo good. Like, total hit during the holidays. We were soo full but couldn't stop snacking on this because it was sooo delish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350⁰F and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray

* Step 2

Mix together all the ingredients together (except the tomato) and mix well. Toss in the tomatoes and combine, taking care not to squish them.

* Step 3

Pour the mixture into your baking dish.

* Step 4

Push in the few extra tomatoes strategically for presentation, then top with the extra crumbled feta that you set aside. I also drizzle with a little extra olive oil at this point.

* Step 5

Bake in oven for 25-30 min until bubbly warm (it won't really brown much, but if it's browning too much, turn the heat down)

* Step 6

Remove from oven and top with fresh chopped parsley for garnishing

* Step 7

Serve with buttered toasted baguette toasts, pretzels, and/or veggies
