Hay Rollers
My mother made these all summer long as a kid growing up. They are delicious on a hot day and very simple to make.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Begin with one tortilla, lay 1 slice of cheddar and 1 slice of Swiss down on top.
* Step 2
Squeeze a line of mustard down the center or just add as much as you prefer.
* Step 3
Fill tortilla with meat in any combination
* Step 4
Place dill spear in center and roll tortilla into a log.
* Step 5
Repeat process until you have the desired amount.
* Step 6
Serve chilled, may cut into "pinwheels" if so desired.
