I think I found this in a magazine as a way to use left overs or random odds and ends.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Layer all ingredients except onion rings or chips in a 2 quart casserole dish. Season to taste.
* Step 2
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 mins.
* Step 3
Sprinkle onions or chip on top and bake for 10 to 15 mins longer
