Airfryer fried chicken with the Galanz
The sriracha ginger beer rub makes this chicken. I have cooked it without but the rub is to die for. This rub comes from Doug’s Homestead in Kaleden, BC but you could probably find something similar. I say this serves 4 people but to be honest we can’t stop at just one…
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all your dry ingredients together in a bowl
* Step 2
Get another bowl and crack an egg. Then whip it together until the white and yolk are blended with optional add in. Optional to add a generous dollop of milk (use a tablespoon of heavy cream or try water).
* Step 3
Dip chicken into egg mixture. Then into bread crumbs. Place on plate and continue until all pieces are done.
* Step 5
Cook in your airfryer. I cannot comment on each airfryer. I just know that the galanz cooks the chicken for 30 minutes at 375 or 400 temperature. Serve with a side such as yam or other vegetable.
