Un-Stuffed Bell Peppers

I created this dish one evening when I wasn't sure what to cook. It's still one of our favorites. Tastes like stuffed bell peppers and my husband calls it "Hamburger and Rice S _ _ _ ".

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

20 mins
1/4 cup

Soy Sauce

2 1/2 cup

Water

2 1/2 cup

Minute Rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large skillet, brown burger.

Add bell pepper and mushrooms.

* Step 3

Add pepper, soy sauce, worcestershire, and water to skillet.

* Step 4

Bring to a boil. Stir in Minute rice. Cover skillet with lid. Turn burner off and serve after letting sit covered for 15 minutes.
