Filling Ginger Fried Pork Belly

My husband's most favourite meat is pork belly block. I often cook skewers or thickly cut barbecue from the meat, and I thought it must be good for ginger fried pork!

Ingredient

1 1/2 tbsp

*Sake

2 tbsp

*Mirin

1 1/2 tbsp

*Sesame oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut pork belly into bite size pieces.

Mix the ingredients marked *. Marinate the pork belly for about 30 minutes.

Heat the pan. Take out the pork from the marinade and fry over medium-high heat. Cook each side of the meat until golden brown.

When cooked, add the marinade and lower the heat. Stir fry to coat the pork with the sauce.
