Italian Sausage & Chickpeas

Italian sausage and garbanzo beans, simmered with onions and tomatoes for a one-pan dinner.

Ingredient

red wine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil. When shimmering, add sausage and onions. Cook until sausage is browned and onions are translucent.

* Step 2

Add tomatoes, beans, and red wine. Simmer over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.

* Step 3

Optionally, top with grated cheese and enjoy.
