Minced Chicken Cutlets with Brussels Sprouts

I wanted to use Brussels sprouts to make a main dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Score a crisscross at the bottoms of the Brussels sprouts and blanch until tender.

* Step 2

Chop the onion.

* Step 3

Combine the chopped onion, minced chicken, panko and egg in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

* Step 4

Wrap the Brussels sprout with the mince mixture.

Dust them in the flour, dip into the beaten eggs and roll in the panko. Deep-fry in the oil heated to 170-180˚C until golden brown.
