Easily Made in the Microwave! Custard Made With a Whole Egg
I wanted to make this to put on my pancakes. I used the rest for sweets
It uses a whole egg, so there's no waste, and since it's made in the microwave, you can easily make it!
Please give it a try.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
This time, I used soy milk. Crack an egg open into a bowl and mix well with the soy milk. Add the sugar and flour and mix well.
* Step 2
Heat in the microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes, remove from the microwave, and mix well. Heat again in the microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes and mix well to finish.
* Step 3
It's delicious on pancakes!
* Step 4
Note - If it is lumpy, try combining the flour and sugar in the bowl first and mix together well with a whisk before adding the soy milk and egg.
* Step 5
Note - You can also mix the egg and soy milk first, then mix the flour and sugar together in a bag before adding it to the bowl. Either way is fine.
