Easy Microwaved White Sauce with Soy Milk
I wanted to make a healthy white sauce!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the flour in a bowl and mix in the soy milk in small batches so it doesn't go lumpy.
* Step 2
Microwave for 1 minute at 500-600 W. Mix well, then microwave it again for a further 1 minute.
* Step 3
Mix it well, check the taste, and season with salt and pepper to finish!!
* Step 4
You can use this in a range of dishes such as rice casseroles, gratin, or pasta. The photo shows a macaroni casserole baked au gratin.
* Step 5
This is the unprocessed soy milk I used.
