Just Microwave! Green Pepper with Shio-konbu
I often make this when green peppers are on sale. When I checked, I found that lots of other people had uploaded this recipe, but I wrote mine up anyway.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely slice the green peppers, put them in a heatproof dish, wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W.
* Step 2
Add the shio-konbu while it's still hot, and mix in the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
* Step 3
It's done. You can use olive oil instead of sesame oil if you'd like.
