I tried chicken skin crackers in Kyoto, and they were really delicious. I thought I could try making them myself.

Chicken skins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up a frying pan over medium heat, and arrange the chicken skins without oil.

Fry them over medium heat for 5 minutes while pressing them down with a spatula as shown in the picture.
