Moist Poached Chicken with Olive Oil
This is a different way to serve a tasty poached chicken If Magic salt or Krazy salt are not avaialable, sprinkle with rock salt and herbs you have at home! The poached chicken is lightly seasoned with salt, so do not use too much herbal salt! Sprinkle with lemon juice, if you like.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Poach the chicken slowly and cool..
* Step 2
It is difficult to slice while it is still hot. Cool, then slice or shred the chicken.
* Step 3
Transfer onto a serving dish. Sprinkle with salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Drizzle over the extra virgin olive oil.
* Step 4
