Easy and Quick Dish! Tofu Peperoncino
I came up with this as a sake appetizer.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
This is all you need! I recommend tubed anchovy paste.
* Step 2
Prepare the tofu by cutting it into cubes.
* Step 3
Heat a frying pan, then fry the atsuage to a crisp over high heat.
* Step 4
Brown each side for about 1 minute.
* Step 5
After browning the tofu, transfer to a plate and set aside. Heat the olive oil, garlic, anchovy paste, and red chili pepper to prepare the sauce.
* Step 6
Heat over low heat until aromatic. There you have it!
* Step 7
Drizzle the sauce over the tofu and serve! Garnish with olives or herbs as desired.
