10 Minute Broccoli Quiche in a Frying Pan

I came up with a quick way to make a quiche.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings
1 bunch

Broccoli

3

Egg

60 ml

Milk

3 tbsp

Plain flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry. Scatter the cheese on top. (This is just to blend it all with the oil, so a minute will do.)

* Step 2

Mix up the egg mixture in a beaker. (It's best if you sift the flour through a tea strainer). Pour into the frying pan, then top with the tomatoes.

* Step 3

Steam-fry for about 5 minutes. Once it has cooked enough to be lifted with a spatula, it's ready.

I recommend topping with mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt!
