Gluten-Free Flour Substitute for People with Wheat Allergies
I experimented with gluten-free flour mixes for my nephew who has wheat allergies. I'm still experimenting, but this is a good start.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in an airtight container and shake until well combined, (I use a large Ziploc bag).
