Sig's Tomato Salad Slurp

Tomato salad is one of my favourite things to eat. I just smoothed it down. Depending on smoothness either spoon out of bowl or drink with straw out of tall glass (for extra indulgence later in the day perhaps a little vodka may be added) 🙂#summerchallenge3 #tomatoes #red

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the tomatoes, pat them dry. Remove stalks. Chop the tomatoes, place in blender. Wash the celery, trim (keep a few of the leaves if there are any) chop the celery, place in blender.

* Step 2

Wash the herbs, dry off reserve a little for garnishing, put the rest into blender. Add a little pepper. Blend everything together until smooth. Add the vinegar, taste season to your liking with salt, pour into serving glasses. Garnish. Serve whilst it still feels cold.
