Alkaline Spelt Flat Bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Get a bowl and add the organic spelt flour add sea salt and parsley, any seasoning you would like for your bread.. slowly add the spring water while stirring DON’T add all of it at once! add a little at a time until it has a dough consistency.. I wish I took a picture but I forgot !!
* Step 2
Put more flour on counter or cutting board and Knee the dough until it’s dry… very important because you don’t want your bread sticking onto pan.. then roll it with a rolling pin or whatever you have
* Step 3
Then when you’re finished add little grape seed oil to your skillet on medium heat
* Step 4
After that flip on other side until it’s brown and there you have it ;) you have a healthy flat bread that doesn’t make you bloated or feel so full after!! :) Injoy
