A famous Thai street Dessert "Bua Loy" 3 differents color make from pumpkin , purple sweet potato and pandan leaves

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Starting with Green rice ball β€’ blend pandan leaves with water and strain mix pandan juice with glutinous rice flour + tapioca flour

Steam purple sweet potato until cooked (10-15 mins) mix with glutinous rice flour + tapioca flour and some water (how much exactly water depend on sweet potato texture)

Steam pumpkin until cooked (10mins) mix with glutinous rice flour and tapioca flour

Roll the dough to small balls as shown until finish β€’ boil rice balls in boiling water wait for 1 mins and stir to help separate β€’cooking until the balls rise to the top and transfer rice balls to room temperature water

Make sweet coconut sauce β€’gentle boil coconut milk + salt + sugar + palm sugar and pandan leave for aroma β€’add 1 more
