Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the steak into serving size portions. Season meat with salt & pepper ‘

* Step 2

Brown steak in oil. Remove steak, set aside. Sauté onions and peppers till almost soft.

* Step 3

Remove any access oil. I slide veggies from one side to another and use paper towels to remove as much as I can

* Step 4

Add the steaks back to pan with veggies. Add tomato sauce & tomatoes. Add garlic and seasonings. Stir to mix all ingredients

* Step 5

Bake, covered, at 350 for about 1 hour- 1 hour & 15 min.

* Step 6

Good with mashed potatoes or rice
