Brad's bourbon candied pecans
Introduce
Ingredient
2 cups
dark brown sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
salt
2 oz
bourbon
1 tbsp
water
4 cups
pecan halves
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place everything except pecans in a lg frying pan. Heat over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved. And mixture is very bubbly.
* Step 2
Add pecans and cook in pan for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
* Step 3
Remove pan from heat. Stir often until mixture starts to set up and pecans are glazed evenly.
* Step 4
Lay out on a cookie sheet or waxed paper to completely cool.
* Step 5
Break up and serve by themselves or add to any holiday dish desired. Enjoy.
