Potatoes with a kick

Wouldn't want my potatoes any other way

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut potatoes into quarters

* Step 2

Drizzle olive oil and season with the salt, pepper and garlic powder

* Step 3

Set oven to 400°F

* Step 4

Put potatoes on pan with aluminum foil underneath and put in oven for 25 minutes

* Step 5

After done cooking sprinkle both cheeses evenly over all potato slices and put back in oven for 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Let cool and enjoy!
