Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in deep fryer or medium saucepan to 350°F
* Step 3
Whisk egg and milk in another bowl
* Step 4
Mix remaining dry ingredients in a 3rd bowl
* Step 5
Coat shrimp in flour shaking off any excess, then dip in milk/egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumbs
* Step 6
Cook in oil about 3-4 minutes or until a nice golden brown
* Step 7
Dry on a paper towel. I used ranch croutons for the breadcrumbs.
