Brenda's Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut potatoes into 1 inch chunks and boil till soft.
* Step 2
Add butter and milk and mix with electric mixer till smooth.
* Step 3
Stir in sour cream, 1 cup bacon, 1 cup cheese, most of green onions (you want to save a bit of each of the cheese, bacon and onions to top with).
* Step 4
Spoon into a 13x9 baking dish sprayed with butter Pam.
* Step 5
Top with remaining bacon, cheese and onions.
* Step 6
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
