Tofu Peanut Butter Pie

Delicious! Don't hate on tofu...try this and you'll be amazed at how good it is! You could sub pumpkin or Nutella for the peanut butter and use any combination of toppings or even mix some in! Use your imagination! :hungry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend till smooth.

* Step 2

Spoon into pie shell. Top with crushed topping of choice and chocolate shavings. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and serve.
