Becks Stuffed Peppers
My mother came up with this idea. So I kinda stole it. But it has been a favorite in my house ever since.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook down meat and start water for Quinoa mixture. Add garlic to meat. While those are cooking, clean out your peppers and set aside.
* Step 2
Mix meat and rice mixture together. Add 1 can of tomato sauce (save other one to top peppers with)
* Step 3
Now, get your cleaned peppers and start stuffing. Place in glass casserole dish and top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake @ 375°F for 30 minutes
