My Spicy Chicken & Chorizo Pasta

As I was making this I added a little too much Red Pepper still lovely but hot. So I have put less to put in in the ingredients. Also added 1inch square piece of Brie Cheese gave it a creamy feel. So Tasty.added on top of pasta.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add a little oils and add the onions and crushed Garlic. Fry for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Next add the chicken and fry until coloured. Then add the red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper mix in.
* Step 4
Next add a squirt of lemon juice and stir. Add the Chorizo and stir in.
* Step 5
Add the chicken stock crumbled in then the boiling water stir in to mix.
* Step 6
Next add passata, tomato purèe and Balsamic vinegar stir in leave to simmer for 10 minutes
* Step 7
Next add the Brie cheese and stir until it melts in it will become creamy a lite.
* Step 8
Lastly add the sweet bell pepper mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
* Step 9
Drain the pasta and add to the serving bowls.
* Step 10
Add the chicken mix on top and serve.
