My Marinated Chicken Wings in Gochajung Paste & Black Garlic
These chicken wings are marinated in the paste black Garlic which I think has a more stronger sweeter flavour than white garlic. So mixing the paste Garlic, rice wine and a little honey and marinating the chicken wings over night gives such a lovely flavour to the wings either roasted crisp, soft. Or fried .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and mix in well. Except the crushed dried red peppers.
* Step 3
Then coat all the chicken wings all over and mix around so all wings are covered. Leave to marinate overnight or morning until late in the day.
* Step 4
Add them to a tray spread out and sprinkle the crushed red peppers all over the top of the chicken wings on greaseproof paper. to a preheated oven 160°C for 45 minutes turn up to 180°C for the last 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Add to a preheated oven 160°C for the time and the last 10 minutes turn the heat up to 180°C.
* Step 6
Bring out let them stand for a minute then arrange on a serving dish.
