My Grilled Halloumi + Avocado Bagel with a hint of Chilli πŸ₯°

I used a little Chilli oil in the pan and grilled the sliced halloumi and Avocado added a tiny kick but worked so well together#Lunch#halloumi#Avocado#Bagel

Ingredient

Chilli oil

2 Slices

Halloumi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the oil to the pan then add the halloumi slices and sliced Avocado in the pan grill on both sides for 2 minutes each side.

* Step 2

Spread Soft Cheese on the bagels instead of butter.

Next add halloumi and Avocado on the both halves of the Bagel.

* Step 4

Add the Halloumi on one half then Avocado and halloumi on the other half. Serve hot. I added some cherry tomatoes sliced on the side.
