I just love creating, i start something and i think of different ingredients that will compliment each other. This one i really enjoyed just right for Breakfast.#myrendangisntcrispy#Breakfast#Brunch#Eggs

Ingredient

Hallumi cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Toast the waffles and hallumi under a grill.

Add the Water 2inch above the egg. Bring to the boil add the vinegar crack the egg and drop in

Add the toasted Waffles to the serving plates. Add the Hallumi cheese. Then the egg sitting on top of the pile.

Then pour the hollandaise warm sauce over the egg
