My Roast Pear,Mango & Rum flavoured Syrup
I liked this but its better not adding icecream its cold as the icecream hit the being cold it made the syrup turn to Toffee but i still liked it.#Dessert#fruit

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Stand the pear up in a small oven dish.
* Step 2
Add the brown sugar and honey pour over the pears.
* Step 3
Then add the mango cut up.(i had frozen mango to use up.)
* Step 4
Then add to a preheated oven 170°C for 20 minites cover with Foil.
* Step 5
Take out after the time let it cool then add the pears to a bowl and mango shared. Add the juice to a small saucepan add 1 tbls dark rum and boil then simmer until its cooked down amd looks syrupy then pour over the pears.
* Step 6
Simmering the sauce until its syrupy.
