Veg Pasta with Egg and flavoured bacon bits carrot chips + Dip
This did make a lovely flavoured lunch. Shallow fried Carrots were lovely. #SummerChallenge1 #Veg #Lunch

5 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the Pasta when cooked and strained add to the dish next add the loose corn, next the sweet pepper.
* Step 2
Then the spinach. Mix all in. Then add the eggs when cut in half. Then the bacon bits on top.
* Step 3
Add some shallow fried carrot sticks + Courgette shallow fried too. Also a dip of your choice.
