My Reginette Semolina pasta Salad with Cheese and Avocado. 😍😍

This was for lunch today veggie lunch, the lovely weather this was just right. One of the best Salads i have made so tasty and all Veggie for a change. #Lunch #Cheese #Pasta #Salad

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
1 Clove

Garlic

1/2 tsp

Dried Basil

Pinch

salt

1 handful

Spinach

1 tbls

Lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the Reginette pasta.

* Step 2

Chop up the Avocado and garlic and mix together squash with a fork. Add the fresh Basil and mix in also the Lemon juice.

Mash it then add the grated cheese on top. Mix in

* Step 4

Put the mashed avocado in an oven dish and add it to a preheated oven 180Β°C for 10 minutes. Add a little the virgin olive oil to the mix and stir in.

When you take it out either mix it in with the pasta or just add on top.

Mix the spinach in with the pasta then add to a serving dish. Then sprinkle some black pepper over it.

Add a tbls virgin olive oil to the avocado and mix in. then add Avocado mix on top of the pasta or mix in. Finish by grating some parmesan cheese on top. Arrange some tomatoes over the top. I used mini plum tomatoes.
