My Strawberry & Linseed and Goji Berries Milkshake
I was told Linseeds in juice drinks or milkshakes are really good for you. The dietician who comes to see my Husband she suggests these sort of things which is good. In juices drinks more healthy but for my husband he needs building up as he lost a lot of weight. You can buy linseeds on there own or ground linseeds with gobi berries. Most likely other items in jars or pkts in supermarkets.You get the berry taste with the strawberry its lovely. #Drink#milkshake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take off the stem on the strawberries and cut in half. Add them to a blender or bowl to hand blend. Add the linseed goti berries. And add 2 tbls Sugar.
* Step 2
Next add the milk and add lid and blend for 1 minute.
* Step 3
It makes just over 1+1/2 pints.
