My Roast Spatchcock Chicken with Pepper Sauce.❤
Yummy it is . The pepper sauce just gives the chicken a different taste. Oh those flavours are lovely. #mainmeal #Chicken

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spatchcock the chicken take out the spine and ribs then flatten it salt pepper it also Garlic granuals save some for the other side too. then turn over and same again
* Step 3
Turn over and repeat. Then add some fresh Basil leaves in the middle and pull both breast meat over the basil
* Step 4
Spray oil in the oven dish and lay flat the chicken skin up.
* Step 5
Cook in oven for 45 minutes. Dont cover the oven dish. Medium heat 180C after that time. Turn up to 200C for 15 minutes
* Step 6
Milk bringing to the boil
* Step 7
Add the pepper sauce powder and whisk in the milk
* Step 8
Then add the green whole peppers if you have them more for me, is the best.
* Step 9
Bring the sauce to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes
* Step 10
Add the sauce to a jug and set aside.
* Step 11
When the chicken is cooked bring it out and pour the sauce all over and add back to the oven for 5 -10 minutes
* Step 12
Add back then just turn low to keep it warm while you decide what your having with it.
