Chop all the veg

Cook the Chicken in pressure cooker with the Beer for 25 minutes. When done turn off and leave for 10 minutes to let the air pressure go down. Then open safely.

When the chicken is done. Add to a bowl and pull apart with two forks shredding the Chicken then add the BBQ seasoning.

Save a quarter of a cup of the beer stock

Heat up the oil in a wok when its hot drop the onions in cook for 1 minute
