My Green & Tasty breakfast πŸ˜€

This was so nice. I saw a pic of egg in the middle of spralised courgette with the egg inside cooked, like it was in a nest . I think i needed more of the courgette spiralised to work properly. But nevermind it was lovely. #breakfast

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

5 minutes
1 tbls

Butter

2 Cloves

Garlic Crushed

to taste

Salt n Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up the butter in the pan and add the Garlic

Fry for 1 minute then add the Asparagus

* Step 3

When the Asparagus is done add the Avocado for a quick fry to get the Garlic flavour on them.

* Step 4

When the avocado and Asparagus is cooked add the courgette for 1 minute

* Step 5

Meanwhile add the eggs in boiling water to poach.

* Step 6

Add the courgette and asparagu to the serving plate add the eggs, one on the courgette nest and the other on the Avocado.

Add the goats cheese on the Asparagus and add salt n pepper to finish.
