Applesauce Muffins

Makes a great snack or quick breakfast.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 cup

flour

2 1/2 tsp

baking powder

1 tsp

cinnamon

1/2 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

canola oil

1/2 cup

raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

mix dry ingredients together in large bowl

* Step 2

add applesauce, water, and oil to dry ingredients

* Step 3

mix until well blended.

* Step 4

add cranberries, raisins, and pecans

* Step 5

fill greased muffin pan or use liners

* Step 6

bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

* Step 7

serve warm and enjoy.
