Pineapple And Mango Fried Brown Rice

pineapple

egg

oil

3 clove

garlic

shallot

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

in pan with oil lightly brown pounded paste then add cooked brown rice mix well

* Step 2

break eggs and spread over rice and let it almost set then add seasoning and mix well

* Step 3

add pineapple and mango with chili pepper and fried til mix well

off heat and add garnish and mix well and serve immediately
