Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut off head from shrimp,tail and shell then put all in a pan with oil
* Step 2
Pan fry for 1 minute then press all juice from the shrimp head
* Step 3
Add water and simmer for 30 to 40 minute pressing the juice from the head every now and then
* Step 4
Let it cool then drain and discard shell and keep stock in air tight container up to 3 days
