Cooking instructions
* Step 1
in pan brown ginger and chicken with angelica slice then add dark sauce with water
* Step 2
bring to a boil then simmer 30 minute mix chicken with sauce by coating evenly every 10 minute
* Step 3
add light soy sauce and sugar and simmer another 10 minute off heat
* Step 4
once chicken is cool enough shred chicken meat and toast bread
* Step 5
to serve on bread with thinly slice onion then shreded chicken top gravy
