Cooking instructions
* Step 1
bring a pot of water to a boil then add napa cabbage and simmer for 5 minute till soft drain and let it cooled
* Step 2
wrap cabbage with enoki mushroom with carrot then fasten with toothpick.
* Step 3
in pan put stock and wrap cabbage and poach for 3 minute then add wolfberry ( dried goji berries ) then off heat and garnish
