* Step 2

STEAM SAUSAGE FOR 25 to 30 MINUTE THE ADD SLICE LEEK AND STEAM ANOTHER 5 MINUTE

* Step 3

Pour chinese shao xing rice wine & light soy sauce and steam for another 2 minute

* Step 4

Serve hot
