No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars (Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, and Sugar Free options)

This recipe is great for everyone who likes delicious desserts even if their diets or allergies leave them avoiding certain options. Enjoy this dessert at full octane or adapt it as necessary. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt butter in pan over low heat

* Step 2

Stir in Brown Sugar and Vanilla

* Step 3

Mix in Oats and allow to cook 2-3 minutes

* Step 4

Press half the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch pan

* Step 5

Melt Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter. Stir well.

* Step 6

Pour chocolate mixture over the pressed oats and spread evenly.

* Step 7

Crumble the remaining oats over the chocolate layer.

* Step 8

Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 2-3 hours to set.

* Step 9

Remove from refrigerator and cut to desired size. (Cuts easiest if allowed to resume room temperature.)

* Step 10
